The Princess

To My Beloved Royalty...

Hey folks.... I'm still here!

Trying to get everything together for a job search.
It's hard, and the ASD diagnosis helps me understand why.... the deficits in executive function (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_functions) really inhibit my ability to execute complex tasks, such are required in something like getting  job, managing a Patreon (*SORRY donors!!!*), and crowdfunding, which is something I need to really dig into. I need tasks whittled down to tiny bites, minute steps. So this job search is long and arduous. But I'll keep you up to date!

I'm sorry I was worrying you!  I was pretty freaked out myself.  For much of November/December, I carried a sock filled with pennies in my bag to use if anyone ran up on me. These are scary times.

I'm grateful we have each other.

Love,
Christa

Love the pic. <3
And if you want to take it a step further with the pennies in a sock, roll them up in a coin sleeve and grip it in your hand for some makeshift brass knuckles. >=3

Nah, the selling point of the sock for me is reach. More of a stocking, really.

.

I've been told to use car keys. The pennies would hurt, but holding a key will do a bit more damage while not being fatal. Plus if you're near your vehicle then you can have a finger on the panic button. (This is if one has a car anyways, I know not everyone does)

Yes, I use those too. But the point isn't to do damage, it's to keep people at bay. If it comes to a fight, I'll lose it. It's about making people think twice.

Keys are actually not so useful apparently...

You gotta get close, and thats exactly what they want...

Better to ask them a question or two, and have your phone out (and not be looking at it)

The instant they think you will be trouble, and can pick em out in a lineup, they think twice... Cause you are more trouble than its worth...
